McMorran Place is a 5,000 seat existing
spectator arena. The existing chilled
water/hot water reheat system did
not eliminate fog or condensation
in the spring, summer and fall. |

| CDIMS designed a single MDH-160
Desiccant Dehumidification and ventilation
unit to supplement the existing
HVAC system. This unit provides a total airflow
of 12,000 SCFM with a moisture removal
rate of 750 lbs/hr in the summer
months. Continuous 100% outside
air dehumidifed ventilation is available.
The
unit utilizes natural gas to reactivate
the desiccant.
